Get over it!

Last post was March and it’s now July. That’s 5 months of avoiding my health, my fitness and my sanity.

There are reasons and there are excuses; I can’t be bothered with any of them.

Something shook me out of the downward spiral – the (upward) scale reading that I have been avoiding.

It’s also 7 weeks until this year’s Pedal for Scotland, which I have registered for.

Training started today. 30 minutes on the turbo trainer in the garage. It was a pleasant day; I could have gone out for a run but I chicken out. Something to do with my mental state and blimp like appearance.

I bored with my own whining.

Go on, just get over it!
